Overview We’re looking for an HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources team As an HRIS Analyst for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance of our HRIS systems to ensure functionality exists to support the business. You will also provide project support and extensive reporting. This is a functional business analyst role. Candidate must be able to commute to the office. Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact to troubleshoot UKG and triage, diagnose, and assign/resolve issues originating from end-users, business process events, etc. Support the maintenance of our HRIS systems to ensure current and future functionality exists to support the HR/Payroll teams and the business. Gather functional requirements for projects, working with business owners to ensure their requirements are met through discussion, documentation, and testing. Review and audit HR data for accuracy, communicating with related teams and implementing new audits and process improvements. Create new reports using UKG's People Analytics tool, Excel, and other vendor reporting tools. Generate reports on a schedule such as monthly turnover and other reports. Heavy use of Excel including Vertical Lookups and other functions. Lead small to medium sized HRIS projects with moderate direction from manager; participate and support on large-scale projects. Qualifications At least one year of experience in HRIS using UKG Pro is preferred. HRIS experience with large scale applications such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, or PeopleSoft can act as a substitute for preferred applications. We are interested in experience using the front end of the system for configuration and using the software’s reporting functions. Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, especially Excel. Testing experience preferred. Report creation experience is required. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with teammates in different locations, disciplines. Ability to manage small projects simultaneously with production support, working under pressure to meet deadlines. Highly analytical with strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills required. Strong knowledge of HR, Benefits, and Payroll processes.
