Details:
* $55/hr (taxed + non-taxed)
* Shift: 7p-7a & 11p-7a (2x12hrs & 8hr shifts) Night Shift
* 40 hours/wk
* 13 week contract with option of extension
* Every other weekend/holiday

Requirements of the LPN:
* Must have BLS certification
* Must have valid LPN IL license
* Must have at least 1 year of experience

Duties
- Conduct patient assessments and provide basic medical care
- Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Utilize eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems for documentation
- Provide behavioral health support and case management services
- Perform gastric lavage and other nursing procedures as needed

Requirements
- Current LPN license in the state of practice
- Experience in behavioral health, home community care, and patient assessment preferred
- Familiarity with travel nursing and working in a Level II Trauma Center is a plus
- Ability to lift, inhale, and perform gastric lavage when necessary
