Job Description *

Insight Global is searching for an IAM Analyst to join a locally owned and operated commercial bank headquartered in McKinney, TX. This person will be part of the Identity & Access Management team, working through their IAM & ticketing system. All tickets coming through the system are access related, regarding joiners, movers, and leavers. This candidate will approximately be completing anywhere from 30-50 tickets a day and be working alongside five other peers. This solution-driven individual will need to be familiar with working in the IAM field, specifically with the user lifecycle, troubleshooting and audit reviewing. This role is a hybrid opportunity, 2x a week onsite at the HQ office in McKinney and 3x/week WFH.
