We are a small, collaborative ABA practice serving families in Portland, Oregon. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate BCBA to join our team and provide high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based services to our clients. This role is ideal for someone who values autonomy, clinical integrity, and meaningful relationships with families and RBTs. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans Provide high-quality supervision to RBTs and behavior technicians, including overlaps, modeling, ongoing training, and performance feedback Deliver parent training and caregiver collaboration rooted in compassion and trauma-informed care Maintain consistent and clear communication with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers Monitor client progress and update goals, programs, and data systems Ensure documentation meets Oregon Medicaid, private insurance, and company standards Attend team meetings, maintain ethical and professional boundaries, and uphold BACB standards of practice Work collaboratively with the clinical director and clinical team to support a healthy and supportive work culture Requirements Current BCBA certification and Oregon licensure (or eligibility) Prior experience working as a BT, RBT, or RBAI Strong clinical decision‑making and case conceptualization skills Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management abilitiesComfort working independently in home settings Warm, professional rapport with children and families What We Offer Supportive, collaborative clinical environment Opportunities for continued professional development Manageable caseloads and an emphasis on clinical quality Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Health Care Provider Industries Mental Health Care Location: Portland, OR | Salary: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 | Posted: 8 months ago #J-18808-Ljbffr
