Day to Day Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Teller Platform SME with in-depth knowledge of the Argo banking platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for the Teller Platform, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization. The Teller Platform SME will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation and utilization of the Argo platform to meet business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all Teller Platform-related inquiries and issues, leveraging expertise in Argo to provide timely and effective resolutions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT teams, business units, and vendors, to implement system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
Conduct system configuration and customization to align with business requirements and optimize platform functionality.
Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures, to support the Teller Platform and ensure knowledge transfer.
Provide training and support to end-users, including tellers and branch staff, to maximize their proficiency and efficiency in using the Argo platform.
Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance overall platform reliability and usability.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to Teller Platforms and Argo, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.





Must Have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Teller Platforms, with specific expertise in Argo.
Proven track record of successfully implementing and supporting Teller Platforms in a banking or financial services environment.
Strong technical skills, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Argo certification or equivalent training/experience is preferred.
