Senior Manager, Performance Marketing Transcarent We’re seeking a strategic, data‑driven Sr. Manager of Performance Marketing to lead customer acquisition and growth for our Direct‑to‑Consumer business. This role will be responsible for scaling paid media programs, owning multi‑channel performance, and driving measurable results across the full consumer journey. You will develop and optimize ROI‑positive campaigns across key acquisition channels (paid social, paid search, display, online video, affiliates, and emerging platforms), while partnering closely with Product, Creative, Analytics, and Clinical teams to convert qualified consumers into active users of Transcarent’s solutions. This is a high‑visibility growth role for someone who blends analytical rigor with creative experimentation, thrives in fast‑moving environments, and can own strategy and execution. Remote position (preferred candidates in or willing to relocate to San Francisco, CA). Responsibilities Own the end‑to‑end performance marketing strategy for D2C acquisition, engagement, and conversion. Manage, optimize, and scale multi‑channel paid marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic, video, native, mobile, and other digital channels. Develop and manage channel‑level testing roadmaps, including creative tests, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and landing page optimization. Build and maintain dashboards, forecasting models, and performance reporting in collaboration with Analytics. Analyze campaign performance, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and funnel efficiency to drive weekly and monthly optimizations. Implement marketing attribution and incrementality frameworks to inform investment decisions and channel mix. Partner with Product, Lifecycle, Creative, and Clinical Experience teams to drive a seamless end‑to‑end consumer journey. Provide creative direction, insights, and briefs that translate performance data into actionable creative and messaging strategies. Work with Product and website teams to optimize landing experiences, funnels, and conversion paths. Manage a multi‑million‑dollar budget with efficiency and discipline. Own weekly pacing, ROI modeling, and scenario planning. Oversee agency partnerships and technology vendors; evaluate tools/platforms to advance our growth capabilities. Qualifications 7–10+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or acquisition marketing, ideally in a D2C, consumer tech, or digital health environment. Demonstrated success scaling paid acquisition channels with measurable ROI. Strong analytical mindset, with experience using data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.), attribution systems, and experimentation frameworks. Deep understanding of digital media buying, attribution, tagging/tracking infrastructure, and optimization best practices. Proven ability to translate insights into marketing strategy, creative direction, and channel optimization. Excellent communication skills and experience presenting recommendations to executive stakeholders. Experience managing external agencies, martech partners, and internal cross‑functional collaborators. High bias toward action, curiosity, and comfort operating in a fast‑paced, ambiguous, growth‑stage environment. Nice to Have Experience in consumer healthcare, wellness, pharmacy, or telehealth. Familiarity with regulated industries or compliant marketing requirements (HIPAA, healthcare privacy, etc.). Experience with affiliate or influencer marketing programs. Experience building team structures, processes, and scalable workflows.
