Unlock your potentialJob Summary and QualificationsThe Director Telemetry coordinates, facilitates, and/or performs nursing care on the telemetry unit, promoting interdisciplinary collaboration to improve patient care, patient care delivery, and patient outcomes.  The Director also provides clinical, consultative, educational, and research support to ensure that quality, cost-effective health care is provided. Other duties include planning, organizing, and directing the activities of hospital personnel in patient-focused areas based upon nursing standards guided by the established policies, procedures, and processes of Fairview Park Hospital. The Director will provide clinical oversight and clinical operations for the telemetry unit, PCU, and telemetry tech department.What qualifications you will need:BSN required; MSN preferred3+ years of acute care nursing experience with proven managerial competence requiredCurrent GA RN license or must hold Compact/Multi-State RN License requiredCurrent BLS and ACLSFairview Park Hospital is a 175+ bed acute-care hospital serving the City of Dublin, Laurens County, and the surrounding communities.
