Job Description

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to lead and optimize sales analytics efforts, with a focus on driving revenue growth and operational success. In this role, you will transform raw data into actionable insights, collaborating with stakeholders to support sales campaigns and enable strategic decision-making. As part of the analytics team, you will manage complex datasets, create impactful dashboards, and work closely with data engineers to ensure data accessibility and integrity. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and has a passion for leveraging data to enhance performance and efficiency.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Design, rebuild, and maintain Tableau dashboards to support sales performance tracking and decision-making.
  • Utilize advanced SQL for querying, analysis, and reporting on large datasets.
  • Partner with data engineers to understand data architecture and identify appropriate tables for analysis.
  • Deliver actionable insights to optimize campaign operations and support revenue growth initiatives.
  • Maintain a clear focus on data quality and integrity across all analytics efforts.
  • Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Required Experience/Skills

  • SQL: Advanced proficiency in querying and manipulating large datasets.
  • Tableau: Proven experience in designing and rebuilding dashboards for impactful data visualization.
  • Data Knowledge: Strong understanding of data lakes, data architecture, and collaboration with data engineers.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: 3+ years of experience working with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.


Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in sales analytics or revenue operations.
  • Familiarity with additional BI tools or platforms.
  • Strong interest in driving performance improvements through data-driven strategies.


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
