Our accounting leaders are empowered to influence operations, ensure compliance, and support our mission through precision and insight.Your ImpactLead the month-end close process, ensuring timely, accurate, and GAAP-compliant financial statements.Deliver clear and reliable financial reporting to senior leadership.Align accounting practices with strategic business objectives.Internal Controls & ComplianceStrengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to US GAAP and regulatory standards.Manage external audits and maintain robust financial policies and procedures.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Legal, HR, IT, and Operations to embed financial accountability across the business.Ensure consistent application of accounting policies across departments and regions.Payroll OversightOversee payroll accounting and ensure accurate cost allocations across departments.Process Optimization & Systems ImprovementIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and transparency.Leverage technology and automation to modernize accounting workflows.What You BringCPA with 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and industry roles.Deep knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.Proven leadership in managing large accounting teams and cross-functional collaboration.High proficiency in Excel and financial systems; ERP experience preferred.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.Why You’ll Thrive HereStrategic Exposure: Report directly to the Global CFO and contribute to financial direction.Collaborative Culture: Work in a transparent, trust-based environment with high-performing teams.Growth & Impact: Drive measurable results in a company that values continuous improvement.Flexibility & Connection: Enjoy a hybrid work model and meaningful travel to connect with teams.Lead with Precision.
