We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our patients. Job Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist (PT)

Evaluate, treat, and monitor patients, making necessary modifications to therapy programs and goals.
Maintain thorough and concise clinical documentation in a timely manner, ensuring accurate charge entry and knowledge of reimbursement practices.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, departmental colleagues, and the medical care team, providing education and support.
Supervise ancillary staff, students, and volunteers, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Advance clinical skills through ongoing education, literature review, and implementation of evidence-based practices.
Disseminate knowledge to develop the clinical skills of colleagues, adhering to organizational and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

Education: Masters' or Bachelors' degree plus 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
Experience: Less than 1 year of experience.
Certification/License/Registration:
Physical Therapist (PT)
Basic Life Support (BLS): BLS certification or completion within 30 days of hire.
