We have an immediate opening for a *Hospital Case Manager for Spokane, WA *
We are looking for compassionate and reliable RNs to fulfill a Case management position in a hybrid role between a hospital and post acute settings. M-F 8a-5p. Self-scheduling. CM's will need to set a monthly schedule for the following month.
*Please look over these requirements:* * *Active WA or Compact RN License* * *BLS Certified* * *CCM preferred, but not required* * *2 years of acute CM experience*
