As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will deliver expert, evidence-based treatment to patients while driving innovation and quality improvement in mental health services. In this senior leadership role, you will offer clinical guidance to junior doctors and multidisciplinary teams, support service delivery improvement, and contribute to research, training, and teaching. You’ll also participate in on‑call responsibilities and play a key role in patient flow and care planning.
