BiW installation planning and support, commissioning and safety and tooling plant acceptance coordination (Second shift)
Description:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or HSD with Expert of experience in a related field
- Innovative thinker with excellent organizational and project management skills
- Problem solving skills specific to Controls systems
- Experience supervising or leading a team of technicians and engineers
- Excellent presentation skills, both written and oral
- Microsoft suite (ppt, excel…)"
Skills Preferred:
- 10 years of Automation experience
- Experience with Information Technology Systems
- Understanding of PLC Programing
- Understanding of HMI Development; WinCC and Factory Talk View
- Manufacturing automotive process engineering knowledge
- CAD software (ePlan /AutoCAD) experience
- Experience developing bid packages for new equipment
- Experience with robots
- Knowledge of style tracking, RFID Technology related to plant floor automation
- Demonstrated team leadership and communication skills
- Self-directed and motivated to implement change within the direction and scope of Clients.
- Ability to effectively communicate and present to Senior Management
- Advance of Manufacturing, Engineering and Information Technology with an emphasis on Strategic Planning, IT Applications and Plant Floor Operations
- Strong and proficient understanding of Computer Programming Skills (SQL, HTML, JAVA)
- Experience with PLC interlocks with robots, ICT drivers for FIS, AVI and connectivity for PFS, PFCS, software & electrical, with interfacing with several controls equipment suppliers "
