Role We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Backend Engineer to help us execute on our grand vision. You will work as a member of the product development team to deliver high-quality, user-facing features to our consumer and B2B2C products, and internal tools. You will report directly to the head of technology and work closely with the rest of our product team, led by our product manager. The work you’ll do: Consistently deliver high-quality code to deliver new features Take projects from idea to completion while ensuring safe and careful delivery to production With our product manager, collaborate with other departments to deliver internal features Carefully evolve our database to suit new product feature needs Write automated tests to assist your full team contributing rapidly to the same system components Contribute to the production support process Who you are: 2-5+ years industry experience Strong experience building backend APIs, public and private Experience with our existing language stack: primarily Ruby, some Javascript The ability to not only design solutions but deliver them quickly and efficientlyA spirit of adventure to join a rapidly growing business and team Details Full-time and in-person in Boston, MA (remote is possible if required) Competitive salary based on experience level Meaningful equity package with upside potential Competitive paid time off Monthly wellness stipend for your choice of wellness benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
