DescriptionGENERAL DESCRIPTION:The FSA (Teller) is responsible for processing customer transactions in a timely, accurate manner, adhering to established Bank regulations, policies and procedures. Will assist customers on the phone and in person.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Candidate must be self-motivated with the ability to offer our banking products and services to prospectsCandidate will possess the ability to develop strong customer relationships.Must be organized, detail-oriented and accurate; possess good oral communications skills and grammar; be professional in appearance, pleasant, courteous, and a good listener.RequirementsSkills/education/experience required:Must have the ability to work a flexible work schedule.Must have a satisfactory record of work performance and adherence to all Bank Policies and Procedures.This position may float to all banking centers as needed.Post high school education/one year in banking or related field preferred.Employee Benefits:In addition to competitive pay, we offer Paid Time Off, 401(k), an Employee Assistance Program, and on the job training opportunities.
