If you feel called to guide families toward an education model that breaks from tradition, this position places you at the forefront of that transformation. Alpha operates differently than conventional schools. Students complete their core academic work in only two hours each day through AI‑driven applications. The remainder of the day is dedicated to developing real‑world capabilities—team collaboration, critical thinking, public speaking, and meaningful project work. There are no lectures or unnecessary assignments. The focus is on accelerated mastery and performance in the top 1% nationally. This approach requires a fundamentally different relationship with parents—which is the focus of your work. You will serve as the primary representative of your campus, responsible for building enrollment, establishing trust, and cultivating advocates. You'll facilitate impactful information sessions, develop strong community ties, and move interested families from curiosity to commitment. Beyond recruitment, you'll remain the central point of contact for families throughout their time at Alpha—responding to concerns, reinforcing confidence, and transforming parents into vocal supporters of the model. This position offers significant autonomy and carries meaningful accountability. You will be stationed at one campus, maintaining consistent on‑site presence and delivering measurable results—not simply executing a standard process.
