Directly supervises the following programs/divisions: Finance and Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, Continuous Improvement, Enterprise Data Management, Engineering, Water Protection Fund, and other areas as assigned. Indirectly supervises all staff and assumes additional duties as delegated by the Director during his absence.Acts as a key decision-maker on financial, human resources, and operational matters and assists the Director in implementing the strategic direction of the agency. Oversees the development and implementation of department-wide policies and procedures. Improves operational efficiency.
