*PAY RATE: *Starting at $85 per hour, but flexible *SCHEDULE:* 7am-4pm, Mon-Fri *SHIFT:* Full-Time *STATE DATE: *4-6 Weeks *LOCATION: * Naval Branch Health Clinic, Meridian, Mississippi *REQUIREMENTS: *Qualified applicants must have a PhD or PsyD in Psychology from an APA-accredited program, completion of an APA-accredited internship, a minimum of 1 year experience, have an active/unrestricted license in any state, and the ability to pass a Government background and Security Clearance.
Psychologists at this facility will be conducting psychological evaluations, establishing psychiatric diagnoses, providing treatment for individuals and groups, and assisting in rehabilitation of patients.
_This position is to support the Psychological Health initiative under the Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury (PH and TBI) program. The program seeks to address gaps in the care available for the prevalent injuries among combatants from the global war on terrorism. Through adoption of risk-based staffing models and a uniform, best practice standard of care across the Department of Defense (DOD), the program seeks to ensure easy, rapid access to PH care for all beneficiaries and to ensure that transition across networks of care recognizes the unique care coordination and case management requirements for PH and TBI patients._
*Schedule:* * Normal schedule is Monday - Friday, 8.5 hours between 7:00am and 4:00pm, including a 1-hr lunch break. * No Weekends, No Call, No Holidays
