Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Nursing (SNF) located in Brewster, NY. The Director of Nursing will oversee all nursing operations within the skilled nursing facility (SNF), ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations. Responsibilities will include developing and managing nursing teams, implementing and supervising infection control policies, coordinating patient care, and ensuring effective collaboration across healthcare teams. Additionally, the Director will play a critical role in maintaining the delivery of exceptional long‑term and skilled nursing care to residents. Qualifications Expertise in Nursing Management and experience in supervising nursing teams effectively. Comprehensive knowledge of Infection Control policies and practices. Strong foundation in Nursing and Medicine, with a proven ability to provide quality patient care. Experience and understanding of Long‑term Care and skilled nursing facility operations. Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on compliance and delivering excellent healthcare outcomes. Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in New York State. Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to patient well‑being and staff development.
