Job DescriptionSenior Product Manager, Onsite Ad Experiences will lead the charge in creating ad products that not only drive revenue but also enhance the customer experience. You’ll work across teams, tap into data and insights, and help build a strategy that positions Best Buy as a leader in retail media. This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.What You’ll DoLead experimentation and testing frameworks for onsite ads to drive performance and innovationManage and evolve our tag management strategy, ensuring stability and clarity across teamsEstablish data governance practices that keep our advertising efforts secure, compliant, and high-qualityConduct market and customer research to inform product decisions and uncover new opportunitiesCollaborate with eCommerce, UX, and marketing teams to ensure ads complement the customer journeyBuild strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors to deliver top-tier ad experiencesBasic Qualifications5+ years in product management, advertising, or retail media focusing on experimentation and test frameworks for onsite ads3+ years with ad exchanges, marketplaces, and campaign lifecycle management3+ years tag management strategy and data governance practices2+ years with ad server tech and media supply platformsBachelor's Degree requiredPreferred QualificationsStrong communication skills and the ability to translate tech into business impactA strategic mindset with a knack for solving complex problems and driving resultsExperience in retail media and people leadershipWhat’s in it for youWe’re committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
