Expert IT Specialist (Tester) – ITnova ITnova is seeking an Expert IT Specialist (Tester) to lead testing efforts for complex web applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with HP UFT, LoadRunner, and HP ALM, developing and executing automated, performance, and functional tests. This role involves close collaboration with business and technical teams to ensure high-quality, reliable software delivery. Responsibilities Work directly with business analysts, program subject matter experts and technical staff to create robust test plans in HP ALM for web applications. Perform testing (System, End-to-End Integration, Automated, Performance, Smoke, Black Box, White Box, Usability, Fail-Over) and troubleshoot issues. Lead UFT automated scripting framework development for NYBE application. Manage and execute functional and regression test scripts, documenting defects in HP ALM. Perform software Black Box and White Box testing and debugging throughout the development life cycle. Develop scripts for Regression Testing Automation tools and Performance Testing Automation tools. Perform load, performance, and break testing using LoadRunner. Provide mission critical application support and be on call as required. Understand Java code, VB Script, and debug issues. Possess programming language knowledge (PL/SQL, SQL, Java, VB, .Net, HTML, TSL, PHP, VB Script). Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Participate in technical meetings and support calls. Mandatory Qualifications 7+ years of experience and guidance to large teams; industry expertise at a top level. Desired Qualifications 7+ years of automation testing experience with HP UFT, detailing specific automation tools and processes. 5+ years working with business analysts and technical staff to create test plans for web applications. 7+ years of performance testing experience with LoadRunner, developing and executing scripts. 7+ years of experience creating, developing, managing, and executing functional and regression test scripts with reusable functions. 7+ years of experience with application testing, defect tracking, and documentation using HP ALM. 7+ years of experience with system, regression, end-to-end integration, automated, performance, smoke, black box, white box, fail-over tests, troubleshooting, and application support; on-call support. 5+ years of programming languages (PL/SQL, SQL, Java, VB, .Net, HTML, TSL, PHP, VB Script). #J-18808-Ljbffr
