Job Title: Solution Architect

Type: FTE

Location: Remote (New York, NY)


Job Summary:

The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and delivering technology solutions that align with our marketing and business strategies. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, with minimum 2 years of experience working with AEM Content Services (CS), Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP), and other MarTech tools such as Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Jebbit, and Digio and 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture. Experience with Salesforce, AEM Sites, Digital Asset Management (DAM), CRM, and marketing tools, along with a strong understanding of software development, web technologies, and enterprise data solutions, is essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design: Develop and implement technology solutions that meet business objectives, utilizing AEM CS, RTCDP, and various MarTech tools. Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and align with best practices.
  • Technical Expertise: Apply knowledge of software development, web technologies, and MarTech tools to design effective solutions. Provide guidance on integrating tools such as AEP, AJO, Jebbit, and Digio with existing systems.
  • Data and Enterprise Solutions: Leverage experience in data development and enterprise data solutions to ensure effective data management, integration, and utilization across platforms.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders, including marketing, IT, and data teams, to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Integration and Implementation: Manage the integration of various MarTech tools and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability. Oversee the implementation of solutions and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Create comprehensive documentation for architectural designs, integration plans, and technical specifications. Provide regular updates and reports on project progress and solution performance.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Propose and implement enhancements to optimize MarTech solutions and improve efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience with AEM CS, RTCDP, AEP, AJO, Jebbit, Digio, Salesforce, AEM Sites, Digital Asset Management, and other CRM and marketing tools. Demonstrated experience in software development and web technologies is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in designing and implementing solutions using MarTech tools. Strong knowledge of software development, web technologies, and enterprise data solutions.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen analytical mindset. Ability to assess complex technical requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Capability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in MarTech or related technologies are a plus.
  • Additional Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies and project management. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills.
