We are looking for a seasoned AI leader who wants to shape the future of AI adoption at scale. As Head of AI Partnership Program, you will design and drive the growth of our flagship partnership product, creating a platform where leading companies come together to solve shared challenges and accelerate AI adoption. Your deep understanding of AI and business transformation will be key to maintaining and further extending a vibrant and collaborative partner community — by shaping the strategic framework, content agenda, and long-term relationships that make these partnerships thrive. Responsibilities Define and own the product roadmap and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for our partnership offerings, focusing on partner satisfaction (NPS), engagement, and renewal rates Own and nurture customer relationships at the C-level and Director level, acting as a trusted strategic advisor to translate their needs into actionable value Lead and mentor the team of transformation strategists and ecosystem managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance Develop and execute a strategic content agenda in close collaboration with partners and internal experts to establish thought leadership and maximize the impact of our partnership Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow our partner base, meeting ambitious acquisition targets and expanding our ecosystem's reach Act as the central point of contact for our partners, ensuring their needs are met and their feedback is systematically integrated into our product and service development to drive continuous improvement Qualifications & Benefits Significant professional experience as a Head of AI or in a similar senior leadership role within a large enterprise, with a proven track record of success Deep understanding of AI technology as well as the strategic challenges and opportunities of business transformation A strong, pragmatic customer-orientation mindset with a primary focus on value creation and building lasting partner relationships Proven leadership experience with the ability to build, inspire, and manage a team of experts Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners A passion for innovation and a desire to contribute to a high-performing, dynamic team Fluent German and English language skills are required Experience the best of both worlds with our hybrid work model: You can choose to work from our vibrant offices - either at the IPAI in Heilbronn or the House of Communication in Munich - while also enjoying the flexibility to work remotely a few days each week Opportunity to shape a variety of projects and the development of new, original content based on the latest developments in AI and its adoption in businesses An atmosphere that encourages to think and experiment in new ways with software, hardware, and processes Hottest topics of the next decade and freedom and trust to initiate own activities A highly visible initiative that helps you build a large and high-level network of start-ups, partners, and tech companies Sports membership with Wellpass to access thousands of sports facilities all over Germany (and beyond) JobRad leasing option You can take a sabbatical of up to 3 months after 3 years of employment - because sometimes 30 vacation days are not enough to explore the beauty of this world. #J-18808-Ljbffr
