Rose Pest Solutions, one of America’s most historic and respected pest management companies, is seeking a Director of Human Resources to join our leadership team and help elevate HR strategy across our multi-state footprint.As a key member of the executive team, you’ll lead and evolve all major HR functions while partnering closely with business leaders to support growth and drive engagement. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a collaborative, hands-on environment. Responsibilities HR Strategy & Leadership: Serve as the primary HR leader and trusted advisor to senior management. Build and enhance HR programs that support company growth objectives. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead full-cycle recruiting and refine onboarding to strengthen talent consistency. Partner with marketing to reinforce employer branding efforts. Training, Development & Culture: Oversee training initiatives and design leadership development programs. Foster a people-focused culture with proactive communication and engagement. Compensation, Benefits & Compliance: Manage benefits administration (open enrollment, brokers, HSA, COBRA). Coordinate payroll processes and ensure multistate HR compliance. What We’re Looking For 7+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibilities. Expertise in employee relations, recruiting, HRIS, benefits, and compliance. Strong communicator who can influence across teams and levels. HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) are a plus.
