Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Job Overview The Behavior Analyst position is an integral role in helping students reach their fullest potential by facilitating quality service delivery. In this position, you will change the game for clients receiving our services through our clinic‑based teams by providing individualized, compassionate services, collaborating with other service providers, and promoting an environment that serves the whole child. You will be a part of a family that makes a substantial impact in the community. As a BCBA at Project Play, you will: serve as a leader to RBTs by providing high‑quality supervision and changing the game in the ABA field; utilize critical‑thinking skills to best serve each client, while receiving mentorship from our Clinical Manager and through weekly BCBA meetings and bi‑weekly interdisciplinary meetings; have autonomy over client treatment recommendations, allowing individualized treatment plans and the use of up‑to‑date research; engage with clients, RBTs, parents/guardians, and other service providers, using passion, creativity, problem‑solving, and collaboration. Empower Your Skills Provide high‑quality services, manage your caseload, and implement behavioral change therapy using numerous skill assessments and pre‑loaded curricula in CentralReach; Provide effective parent/caregiver or teacher training in an accessible manner; Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, or functional behavior assessments in a timely manner; Oversee a trained RBT team, ensuring implementation with fidelity and supporting job satisfaction; Collaborate with the treatment team to collect data and produce reports demonstrating impact and outcomes; Uphold BACB Ethics code for BCBAs. Candidate Qualifications Master’s Degree in Special Education (preferred) or another related field; Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB; Tennessee State License as a Behavior Analyst from the Health‑Related Board; Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and a belief that all children can reach their fullest potential with the right supports. #J-18808-Ljbffr
