Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hairstylist at Salon D in Dallas, TX.

Ardem Keshishian is seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join the team. The ideal candidate should have a strong commitment to providing high-quality services, staying updated with the latest hair trends and techniques, and ensuring client satisfaction. This position requires excellent customer service, creativity, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a wide range of hair care services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments for clients.
• Consult with clients to determine their hair needs, preferences, and concerns.
• Stay up to date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
• Recommend hair care products and offer styling advice for clients to maintain their look.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base by ensuring a high standard of service and personalized care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all salon health and safety regulations.
• Assist in promoting salon services and products to meet sales goals.
• Keep detailed records of client preferences and treatments.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A valid Texas cosmetology license.
• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist (portfolio or examples of work may be requested).
• Knowledge of a wide range of hair services such as cuts, coloring, highlights, balayage, treatments, and styling.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality results.
• Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of salon products and ability to sell retail products to clients is a plus.
