Role – Commercial Litigation Attorney
- Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including trials, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions.
- Manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses, as well as trial preparation.
- Conduct thorough legal research, analyze statutes, case law, regulations, and other legal materials to support case strategy.
- Attend court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings, advocating on behalf of clients.
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and clients, seeking to resolve disputes efficiently while protecting client interests.
Comprehensive Commercial Litigation: Handle business disputes (e.g., contract breaches, ownership conflicts, officer actions), commercial real estate issues, debt enforcement, and construction/mechanics lien cases.
Salary + Benefits
- Paying up to $210k per annum dependent on experience.
- Health Insurance + 401k
