Position: Senior Data Engineer/ Data Architect)

Location: New York City /Jersey City NJ (Hybrid)

Type: Contract


Mandatory Skills:

  • Minimum 12+ years
  • Data warehousing End-to-end data lifecycle
  • Expert in SQL
  • Must be comfortable working with large unknown Data Sources
  • Client facing
  • Should be able to take a one-liner requirement and build details around it.


Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in SQL and experience with ETL/ELT processes.
  • Hands-on experience with data warehousing solutions, for E.g. Snowflake or similar platforms.
  • Experience with data lakes, data marts, and building data engineering pipelines.
  • Strong background with finance (ideally payments domains), with an understanding of key metrics and data needs in these areas.
  • Experience with data visualization and analytics tools.
  • Ability to translate high-level business requirements into detailed, actionable data solutions.
  • Proficiency in automating data processes to support decision-making.
