Base pay range $105.00/yr - $120.00/yr About the Role Our client, a well-established land development consulting firm serving Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island, is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager. The right person may join at the Project Manager level or at a different level based on experience. This role offers hands‑on ownership from concept through construction in a collaborative environment that values creativity, learning, and professional growth. About Our Client The firm provides civil engineering, land surveying, landscape architecture, and land planning services across a broad mix of public and private sector projects, including: Mixed‑use and multi‑family developments Single‑family subdivisions Retail and commercial projects Industrial and warehouse facilities Municipal and government buildings Recreational facilities and parks Houses of worship and specialty‑use sites This diversity keeps the work exciting and ensures engineers gain exposure to a broad mix of project types and technical challenges. Tools and Technology The firm uses modern platforms such as Civil 3D and HydroCAD to support efficient and high quality design. What You’ll Do Prepare and review civil site design plans using Civil 3D Develop calculations and reports for storm drainage, stormwater management, and water quality systems Conduct site visits for analysis, data collection, and soils testing Collaborate with clients, officials, consultants, and present to local boards and commissions Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive learning environment What You Bring Required: BS or MS in Civil Engineering (ABET‑accredited) Licensed Professional Engineer Minimum of 5 years of site design experience Strong understanding of AutoCAD Clear written and oral communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail Experience with a variety of land use projects Preferred: Proficiency with Civil 3D CT, MA, or RI licensure Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Project Management and Information Technology Industries Civil Engineering, Engineering Services, and Architecture and Planning Benefits 401(k) Medical insurance Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
