About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Engineer (EI) to support our Southeast Region located in Miami or Fort Lauderdale, FL. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. What You’ll Be Doing Assisting in the design, construction, and maintenance of infrastructure projects including bridges, roads, tunnels, water, and sewage systems. Design components such as typical sections, geometric layouts, drainage analysis, and traffic maintenance plans. Producing construction documents, including drafting, computations, specifications, and cost estimates. Mentoring junior engineers. Performing detailed engineering calculations and analysis using design software. Managing project schedules and client communications. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program. 0-6 years of related experience. Registered EI license in Florida. Experience with Microstation, Geopak, OpenRoads, and/or AutoCAD. Knowledge of local municipalities, funding sources, public infrastructure, and traffic. Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
