RN Floor Nurse

13 Week Contract

Weekly Pay: $1,656

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, assess patient needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized nursing care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and manage patient care
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures
- Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records
- Assist with discharge planning and ensure smooth transitions of care
- Perform phlebotomy and administer IV medications as needed
- Provide wound care, ostomy care, and pain management as required
- Conduct family planning counseling and provide support during prenatal and postnatal periods

Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in MA or Compact
- Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting
- Proficiency in ICD-10 coding and documentation
- Experience in infant care, toddler care, or home care is preferred
- Strong knowledge of pain management techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $2,272.74 per week
