Our team brings deep knowledge from wildlife care, health, veterinary services, nutrition and conservation to drive conservation efforts forward.How you will impact our missionThe Reservation Sales Representative sells SDZWA products for Admission, Memberships, Tours and Programs. This position reports to Reservation Sales Supervisor.What you will doServe incoming calls in a sales and customer service call center, selling SDZWA products for admission, membership, tours and programs, booking reservations, processing payments and fulfilling ticket requests. Provide excellent customer service per established standards in every interaction to inspire visitation in support of our mission.Solicit allies through donations on every applicable call in support of our mission.What we are looking forDesirable qualifications include communication skills; ability to handle a variety of transactions; ability to learn the procedures and benefits of membership and special experiences. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to apply. Team members will be required to attend in-person training and work up to 40 hours per week for a minimum of 2–3 months and could be extended as necessary due to continuous mandatory training. Once training is completed, team members will move into a hybrid schedule and report to office once a week – subject to change depending on operational needs. For a successful hybrid work environment team members must have a quiet designated home-office, free from excessive noise and distractions with access to high-speed internet for optimal productivity. Team members must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
