About The Role The Senior Manager of Technology Implementation drives delivery, optimization, and adoption of enterprise workflow and productivity tools. Initially, you will lead a company‑wide implementation of Adobe Workfront while aligning tool strategy to business objectives and establishing scalable processes. Responsibilities Lead the Workfront Implementation program, managing consultant resources and stakeholders to ensure scope, timelines, and budget are adhered to. Oversee initiatives to improve existing enterprise tool workflows in ServiceNow, SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA, etc. Develop a Workfront support structure to address business stakeholder inquiries and requests. Serve as the first point of escalation for initiative roadblocks and/or risks. Manage a Technology Implementation team, prioritizing and assigning initiatives and tasks, providing continuous support. Review and finalize work products such as user guides, business communications, and process documents to ensure quality standards. Optimize tool rollouts by developing and coordinating rollout communications and training materials. Maintain enterprise tools and knowledge bases by meeting with stakeholders to align configuration and documentation with business strategy. Align with the Director of Technology Strategy and Transformation to incorporate strategic needs into implementation priorities. Act as department lead when the Director is unavailable, attending meetings and managing the team. Provide direct line management, setting performance objectives and coaching team members. Leverage data to create KPIs and dashboards for business visibility of technology and project performance. Qualifications Experience working on a Workfront implementation initiative is required. 5+ years of experience managing a team in a fast‑paced environment. Superior communication and interpersonal skills; experience with executive teams is preferred. Demonstrated ability to deliver autonomously within provided timelines by scoping initiatives and maintaining comprehensive project schedules. Proven leadership experience in building, leading, and motivating teams. Expertise in resource optimization and reporting. Experience rolling out enhancements to enterprise tools that promote workflow efficiencies. Ability to work across cultures and locations, driving team cohesion. Successful partnership with stakeholders, vendors, regulators, partners, and third parties. Experience using tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, Trello, etc. to optimize team efficiency. Experience working alongside global stakeholders. Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business or technology is preferred. Experience in gaming, hospitality, retail, or similar industry is preferred. PMP certification is desired. The annual salary range for this position is $136K to $181K. Salary may vary with geography, skills, experience, and qualifications. The position is eligible for a performance‑based bonus plan. Gaming Compliance & Licensing Requirements As an online gaming company, BetMGM complies with state gaming regulations. Employees must hold licenses from at least one jurisdictional agency; some positions may require multiple licenses. Failure to maintain required licensure may result in termination.
