Advanced Practice Provider – CardiologyLocation: Adirondack Medical Center – Saranac Lake, NYDepartment: CardiologySchedule: Full-Time, Monday–FridayExperience Required: Minimum 2 years clinical practice; cardiology experience preferredSalary Range: $125,000 – $135,000 annually, commensurate with experienceIncentives: Eligibility for productivity bonusAbout the OpportunityAdirondack Health is seeking a Full-Time Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to join our expanding Cardiology team at Adirondack Medical Center in Saranac Lake, New York.This role offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside our Cardiologist in the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular care. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical skills, professionalism, and a genuine interest in cardiology.Position HighlightsCollaborate with the Cardiologist to provide both inpatient and outpatient cardiology carePerform new patient evaluations, hospital consults, and follow-up visitsParticipate in stress testing, medication management, and chronic disease managementCoordinate diagnostic testing, patient education, and discharge planningEHR - eClinicalWorks for documentation and communication across the care teamMonday–Friday schedule.QualificationsLicensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in New York StateMinimum 2 years of clinical practice experience requiredCardiology experience preferredExcellent communication and clinical assessment skillsCommitment to compassionate, patient-focused careCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $125,000 – $135,000 annually, commensurate with experienceIncentive: Eligibility for productivity bonusComprehensive benefits package including:Health, dental, life, and vision insuranceRetirement plan with employer matchCME allowance and paid time offPaid malpractice coverageAbout Adirondack HealthAdirondack Health is the leading non-profit healthcare system serving the Tri-Lakes region of Northern New York.
