We are an inclusive team of unique individuals who show up each day with a grateful spirit, humble heart, and a genuine respect for one another.Multi-Shop Merchandise Director –The Buyer/Merchandiser is responsible for planning, purchasing, and managing retail merchandise across four club locations to maximize sales, profitability, and member satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of retail trends, member demographics, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent brand standards, effective merchandising strategies, and optimal inventory performance across all clubs.**Buying & Planning*** Develop and execute seasonal buying plans aligned with club goals and member preferences.* Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and member feedback to forecast demand and adjust purchasing strategies.* Manage open-to-buy budgets, ensuring profitability and minimal excess inventory.**Merchandising & Presentation*** Create and maintain consistent merchandising standards across all clubs.* Develop floor layouts and visual displays that reflect brand identity and drive sales.* Partner with club managers to ensure proper product placement, signage, and promotional execution.* Conduct regular site visits to each club to evaluate performance and presentation.**Inventory Management*** Oversee inventory levels and replenishment processes to ensure product availability.* Monitor stock performance and coordinate markdowns or transfers as needed.* Utilize POS and inventory systems to analyze trends and reduce shrinkage.**Collaboration & Reporting*** Work closely with the operations and finance teams to meet revenue and margin goals.* Provide regular sales reports, performance analyses, and recommendations for improvement.* Train and support on-site staff in merchandising and product knowledge.Arcis Golf provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.Arcis participates in E-Verify, the government program that certifies an employee's right to work for us in the U.S.
