AppleOne Employment Services provided pay range This range is provided by AppleOne Employment Services. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Responsibilities Prepare, review, and organize a variety of tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and S corporations. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy throughout the tax preparation process. Communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and clients, both verbally and in writing. Research and analyze complex tax issues, applying findings to client-specific situations. Deliver timely, high-quality work while maintaining client satisfaction and compliance standards. Assist with tax planning and consulting projects. Supervise and mentor junior staff and interns, fostering professional growth and technical development. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CPA eligibility required. Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in a public accounting firm in a tax-related capacity. Experience preparing and reviewing returns for individuals, partnerships, and S corporations preferred. Familiarity with 1040 review processes and QuickBooks strongly preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining attention to detail.
