We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to provide technical support to our employees in the Orlando area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues on desktop computers and laptops. The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop systems, as well as providing training and support to end users.Responsibilities:Provide technical support to end users in person, over the phone, or via remote desktopInstall, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and softwareTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issuesSet up and configure new desktop systems for employeesTrain end users on basic computer skills and software applicationsDocument and track technical issues and resolutionsRequirements:2+ years of experience in desktop support or a related fieldStrong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with hardware troubleshooting and repairExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks #J-18808-Ljbffr
