  • ServSafe food handling certification

  • Ability to safely use all job-related kitchen equipment
  • Effective communications skills and the ability to follow directions

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR PREP COOK - RESTAURANT KITCHEN ASSISTANT?

As a full- or part-time Prep Cook - Restaurant Kitchen Assistant, you are an essential member of our crew. before preparing any food, you ensure the kitchen is clean and well-organized. You consistently organize and label all food items in our storage areas, ensuring that each food item is stored at the correct temperature and is discarded when expired.

A helpful team player, you also prepare ingredients and assemble dishes, efficiently creating dishes for our patrons that meet and exceed our high-quality standards. You love our fun and inspiring work culture, and you enjoy working with our supportive and friendly food service team
