RN - Registered Nurse (Clinical Coordinator) - Infectious Disease & Nephrology

Seeking a registered nurse to serve as clinical coordinator for infectious disease and nephrology at Essentia Health Fargo. This RN works full-time days, 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with no weekend, holiday, or on-call rotations required.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Assess, plan, facilitate, and evaluate patient care according to organizational policies and procedures * Make decisions regarding direct patient care needs while ensuring high-quality care and customer service * Provide patient care, treatment, and services within the scope of their license, certification, registration, and/or assessed competencies * Practice in accordance with laws and regulations and adhere to established policies, procedures, and practice guidelines
**Education Qualifications:**
* BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing

**Licensure/Certification Qualifications:**
* Current RN license with the North Dakota State Board of Nursing * Minnesota RN licensure required within 3 months of hire * Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 1 month of hire * Prior experience in supervisory role desirable
