Electronic Assembly Technician

You'll work closely with engineering and technical teams and provide recommendations to improve assembly productivity, clear roadblocks, and maintain an inviting work environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build RF Electronic Circuits according to quality and assembly Standards.
  • Follow Work Instructions to completion of assembly steps.
  • Work and Communicate in Assembly Teams to enhance the productivity of product builds.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and support 5S initiatives.
Requirements

Must-haves:
  • Consistent attention to detail with repetitive workflows.
  • Flexibility with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs.
  • Evidence of a team focused mindset
  • U.S. Citizenship or Green Card is required for ITAR requirements.
Preferred:
  • Experience/ Certification with J-STD soldering
  • Experience with 5S and Lean practices
