Join to apply for the Technical Product Manager role at Gcore Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features. Have you ever wondered why your favorite apps, social media content, and video games load in the blink of an eye? It’s likely because of Gcore behind the scenes Join a team that collaborates with industry giants like Intel, Dell, NVIDIA and Equinix to accelerate AI training, provide cutting‑edge cloud services, and optimize content delivery. We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to own the trust & access layer of Gcore’s product platform—covering IAM, SSO, audit logging, and compliance enablers. Responsibilities Define and evolve core IAM platform primitives—user identity, organization modeling, roles, permissions, and access policies—to make them reusable across product lines. Build first‑class audit logs and administrative controls with retention, export, and reporting pipelines consumable by customers and internal ops. Translate stakeholder and compliance needs into crisp requirements with clear business value and testable acceptance criteria. Shape a practical, outcome‑oriented roadmap and deliver value in small, reliable increments. Collaborate with Engineering to make architectural trade‑offs, design for extensibility, and meet security and performance standards. Lead end‑to‑end execution: discovery, scoping, estimation, quality validation, launch, and post‑release iteration. Drive adoption with clear documentation, reference flows, and internal enablement; iterate based on measurable outcomes (auth success, time‑to‑integrate, audit coverage). Ensure seamless migration and rollout for existing customers with no interruption to service. Qualifications 3+ years in product development (TPM/PM) with platform capabilities shipped and adopted across multiple teams. Strong grasp of IAM fundamentals: organization models, roles and permissions, access policies, multi‑tenant architectures, and auditability. Proven ability to turn ambiguous needs into clear, buildable specifications and ship high‑quality releases in partnership with Engineering and Security. Comfortable discussing system behavior, APIs, and event models; you make trade‑offs explicit (usability, reliability, performance). Excellent written communication: concise PRDs, decision records, and developer‑friendly documentation. Data‑driven mindset: define the right metrics, read dashboards, and close the loop post‑launch. Nice to Have Exposure to compliance‑driven products and audit/reporting workflows (GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, DORA/NIS2). Background in cloud, edge, networking, or security domains. What We Offer Remote, hybrid, or office work options depending on your role. Work from anywhere in the world for up to 45 days per year. Private medical insurance for you and your family. Additional fully paid sick leave days. Allowance for significant life events and birthdays. Language classes. Modern office space with free snacks, drinks and entertainment options. Team sports activities. Please be aware that this benefit may vary depending on your country.
