The Opportunity As part of the Experience Consulting team, you will help create digital experiences that are both human‑centered and AI‑enhanced. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. This role offers the chance to collaborate with strategists, developers, and researchers, allowing you to experiment with generative tools and deepen your understanding of design systems in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Assist in creating digital experiences that prioritize user needs and leverage AI Engage in collaborative projects with strategists, developers, and researchers Experiment with generative tools to enhance design processes Develop understanding of design systems within a dynamic setting Contribute to project tasks while developing technical skills Support the team in delivering exemplary work Adapt to evolving project requirements and client needs Foster a culture of learning and innovation within the team What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree At least 1 year of experience designing digital products or services A portfolio of your interactive work (web, mobile & tablet) is required for review In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, for each year of college not completed, demonstrate three years of specialised training and/or progressively responsible work experience concurrent with the minimum years of experience required for the role. The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
