**Position Overview:**

Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Store Stock Driver is someone who is responsible for delivering exercise equipment to various retail stores in accordance with company policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities:**

*Delivering and assembling exercise equipment*

* Driving & delivering the exercise equipment to the designated location

* Assembling the equipment

* Tests the equipment to ensure good working order

* Records serial number

* Wipes down/cleans equipment when complete

* Removes trash from the site

*Continuous contact with the North Operations Manager*

* Notifies manager when a delivery is complete

* Notifies if any service or product related issues

*Operates in compliance with company safety goals*

* Complies with and aids in the development of company safety rules

* ensures all equipment is in good working order and operates in a safe manner

* Monitors area for hazards

* Maintains a safe, clean work area

*Marginal Job Functions*

* Other projects as needed.

Requirements

**Education:**

* High School diploma or equivalent.

**Experience:**

* Minimum of at least 1-2 years delivery driving experience.

**Other Requirements:**

* Must possess a valid drivers license.

**Skills:**

* Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

* Strong sense of initiative and a sense of urgency, demonstrated by accomplishing tasks; improving current work processes; and assisting others when necessary

* Unwavering attention to detail and commitment to world-class quality

* Ability to embrace deadlines

* Able to project a positive and professional demeanor to all internal and external contacts

* Must be mechanically inclined and have good problem solving skills.

* Must possess the ability to read a map and follow directions.

**Physical Demands / Work Environment:**

*Physical Demands:*

This position requires the ability to lift a maximum of 150 lbs and work in seated or standing positions for prolonged periods of time.

*Work Environment:*

The working environment is not climate controlled and is weather permitting. Daily contact with customers and working with other employees is required.
