Salary Range: $50 - $55

Responsibilities

Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders

Develop customized treatment plans based on individual patient needs

Conduct therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and modalities

Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to create integrated care plans

Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes

Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding communication strategies and therapeutic exercises

Requirements

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Knowledge of relevant assessment tools and therapy techniques

Experience with a wide range of communication disorders and swallowing difficulties
