Job Overview

Join a fast-paced, high-energy team dedicated to providing pricing and professional branded proposals utilizing a state-of-the-art automated software platform The Pricing & Proposals team is responsible for the intake and management of quote requests as generated by the BCN Sales and Partner Support Teams.

In this role you will align with designated Sales teams to allow for the building of strong relationships and mutual support.

The Pricing & Proposals Analyst will report to the Assistant Manager of the Pricing & Proposals Team.

Responsibilities

As a Pricing & Proposals Analyst responsibilities include initial review and analysis of all incoming requests related to your pods. Work with other Pricing teams inside the organization to bring any and all pieces together inside the automated proposal system to generate the final proposal.

Effective and efficient management of proposal request queues within your pods.
Participate in training to maintain an in-depth knowledge of BCN Products and Services.
Address issues and concerns raised by team members relating to pricing or proposals provided.
Manage proposal iterations based on new input from Sales.
Facilitate information sharing and discussion within the internal Pricing team, as well as within your teams regarding a need for further clarity or to present recommendations based on experience. This is particularly critical for more complex requests.
Participate in training and become proficient in the use of the automated proposal platform.
