Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Cleaning: Perform exterior and interior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, drying, vacuuming, and wiping down surfaces. Apply wax and tire shine as required.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of cleaned vehicles to ensure they meet dealership standards. Report any issues to the Car Wash Manager and re-clean vehicles as needed.
  • Vehicle Management: Safely move, park, and deliver vehicles to designated locations within the dealership. Ensure all vehicle keys are properly tagged and matched with the corresponding vehicles.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized wash area and shop. Dispose of garbage and manage dealership tools and equipment.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as non-slip shoes, goggles, and gloves. Handle chemicals and equipment safely and in accordance with regulations.
  • Team Support: Assist with general shop and janitorial duties as needed. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in vehicle washing or detailing is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.
  • Skills: Ability to use hand-held cleaning tools and power washing equipment. Must be detail-oriented and efficient.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift parts and equipment up to 50 pounds, and perform tasks such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching.
  • Work Environment: Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Exposure to dust, fumes, and other materials is expected.
  • Must have held a valid driver’s license for a minimum of two years.
  • Salary Range: $17.00 - $18.00 hourly, based on experience
