Overview

AdventHealth Medical Group is looking for a dynamic and energetic General Surgeon to join a busy, established practice located in Palm Coast, Florida.  Candidate will be clinically focused and must actively practice all aspects of general surgery.   A strong emphasis will be placed on evidence-based medicine with a concentration on patient centered care. Three years experience is preferred, but not required. 

Requirement: Board Certification/Eligible by The American Board of Surgery

Practice Description

The practice is a part of AdventHealth Medical Group.  This is an employment opportunity that includes the benefits of call coverage and competitive compensation with a productivity model. Other benefits include occurrence-based malpractice coverage, CME allowance, 403b retirement plan, health insurance for physician and family, and relocation allowance.   AHMG is a sister organization of AdventHealth which employs 350+ physicians in 27 individual service lines. AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway is a new, 100 bed hospital, opening May of 2023.  This four-story facility, located on the north end of Flagler County will include an emergency department with full-service imaging; five operating suites; endoscopy services; outpatient laboratory; heart catheterization labs; 20 critical care patient rooms and 80 general medical or surgical care rooms.

AdventHealth Palm Coast is an established CMS 4 Star rated, 99-bed facility located on the southern end of Palm Coast with 7 Operating Suites and 2 catheterization labs, endoscopy.  Specialties include cancer, orthopedic, surgical, cardiac, and gastrointestinal.
