Pay Range Pay Range: $125,000 - $185,000 USD (The pay range reflects the anticipated base pay for this position and is determined based on experience, skill set, location and other factors). Qualifications Veterinary medical degree with a license in good standing with the applicable state board. A minimum of 4–5 years of clinical experience and a strong client‑focused approach. Demonstrated leadership experience and an interest in practice ownership. Proven ability to build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional service. Interest in leveraging technology to advance veterinary practices and improve the client/pet experience.
