Center Director Join us at La Petite Academy to lead a childcare center and inspire children to become lifelong learners. Location & Salary Meridian, ID – $47,000.00–$51,000.00 per year. Key Responsibilities Manage staff by planning schedules, evaluating performance, and developing improvement plans. Ensure compliance with company and state licensing standards. Implement company‑provided curriculum, coaching and communicating standards to teachers. Recruit, select, and retain quality staff. Promote positive growth in children’s social, physical, and intellectual development. Engage parents and keep them informed. Qualifications Minimum 21 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred CDA, associate or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. Meet state and center/school qualification requirements. 1–2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.
