Job OverviewSenior TQM Utilities at SAP – Join a global leader that touches over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce. You’ll help drive the SAP MaxAttention program, providing trusted technical and business guidance at customers’ premises.Responsibilities• Own day‑to‑day execution of the SAP MaxAttention program & service plan, methods, tools, and best practices across all systems, landscapes and platforms.• Execute the customer’s value‑based, digital transformation roadmap, orchestrate prototyping of business scenarios, and capture program value.• Demonstrate deep understanding of the customer’s strategic business goals, processes, landscape, industry norms, and emerging technologies such as predictive analytics, IoT, machine learning, AI, blockchain, drones, sensors and their impact on customers and the environment.• Communicate technology trends (public & private cloud, on‑prem, hybrid, PAAS, SAAS, IAAS, IOT, Industry 4.0, cyber security, big data, quantum computing, digital twin, smart factories) to customers and SAP leadership.• Collaborate with all other SAP employees and keep regional SAP leadership and the customer’s SAP MaxAttention team informed of progress, risks, challenges, and accomplishments.QualificationsBachelor or Master’s STEM Degree (Science, Tech, Engineering, Math) or equivalent experience in technology.Strong SAP business and technical solution architecture expertise.8+ years hands‑on experience in current cloud, platform, and application technology; experience with SAP HANA, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Cloud Platform.Exceptional written and spoken communication skills, strong business acumen, presentation abilities, and customer‑service orientation.Experience with SAP project management, value management, and quality management practices.Experience leading design, implementation, and change management projects.Pre‑sales, solutioning, procurement, contract lifecycle, contract renewals, and customer retention experience.Experience with the Utilities industry is highly desirable.Locations & TravelAdditional locations: Dallas, Houston, Chicago (Central Region). Expected travel: 0–50%.Compensation & BenefitsTarget combined range: $107,300–$230,600 USD (annualized, including base salary and variable incentive target).
